At Edu Me Up, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our online courses and digital services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Digital Products & Services

All of our offerings, including courses, downloads, and virtual services, are digital and non-tangible. Once access is granted or content is downloaded, refunds are generally not offered.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • You purchased a course but did not access any part of it.

  • You were charged more than once for the same course.

  • The course description was significantly misleading or incorrect.

  • There was a technical failure on our part that prevented access and could not be resolved within 3 business days.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not provide refunds in these cases:

  • You changed your mind after purchase

  • You failed to complete the course within the access period

  • You did not check course compatibility or prerequisites

  • Discounted or promotional offers (unless otherwise stated)


4. Request Process

To request a refund, please email admin@edumeup.com with the following details:

  • Full name

  • Registered email address

  • Order ID or transaction reference

  • Reason for refund request

Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.


5. Refund Approval & Timeline

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • The amount will be credited back through the original payment method.

  • Transaction charges or platform fees (if any) may be deducted from the refund.


6. Right to Refuse

Edu Me Up reserves the right to decline refund requests if we find abuse of our refund policy or in cases where our terms were violated.
