EduMeUp Terms & Conditions

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICE.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EduMeUp platform, including all content, tools, courses, features, resources, and services available via learn.edumeup.com (the “Platform”), operated by EduMeUp (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By registering, accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use or access the Platform.

1. Eligibility

1. You must be at least 12 years old to use the Platform. If you are underage, you may use the Platform only with parental/guardian consent.
2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to keep your information updated.

2. Registration / Account

1. To access certain features or courses, you may need to create an account.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username/password) and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or breach of security of your account.

3. Content & Use of Platform

1. The Platform provides online educational content, including courses, videos, quizzes, diagnostics, practice materials, and related resources (“Content”).
2. All Content is owned by or licensed to EduMeUp. It is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
3. You may access and use the Content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only, unless explicitly permitted otherwise.
4. You must not:
   • Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute the Content in any way (including by email or other electronic means) without our prior written permission;
   • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of any Content;
   • Remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices in or on the Content;
   • Use the Platform or Content in a manner that infringes the rights of others or prohibits or restricts someone else from using the Platform.

4. Payment, Subscription & Fees

1. Some Content or features may require payment or subscription fees (“Paid Services”).
2. The prices, payment methods, and billing cycles will be as described on the Platform.
3. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes in full and on time. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access.
4. EduMeUp may change its prices for Paid Services at any time, but will give notice of changes where required under law or policy.

5. Free Trials & Refunds

1. If we offer a free trial, it allows you to access certain features for a limited time without charge. After the trial period ends, you must pay to continue using those features.
2. Refunds will be handled according to our Refund Policy. If you are unsatisfied with a service, contact us within the timeframe specified to request a refund.
3. The refund may be full or partial, depending on usage, and may exclude fees for services already rendered, or costs incurred.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe the rights of any third party (copyright, trademark, privacy, etc.).
• Transmit any harmful or malicious code (viruses, malware).
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, data, systems or networks.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

1. “As Is” and “As Available” basis: The Platform, Content, and services are provided on this basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
2. EduMeUp does not guarantee that the Content will meet your individual learning goals or produce any specific results.
3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EduMeUp will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
4. Our total liability for all claims arising under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to use the Platform during the [past 12 months / relevant period], or some other cap as required by law.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

1. All trademarks, service marks, graphics, logos, course materials, text, design and other intellectual property on the Platform are owned by or licensed to EduMeUp.
2. You may not use our trademarks, logos or names without prior written permission.

9. Termination

1. We may suspend or terminate your access (temporary or permanent), without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms, or for other reasons in our discretion.
2. You may also terminate your account at any time; your obligations (e.g. payment) that accrued before termination will survive.

10. Changes to Terms

1. We may modify these Terms at any time. If we do, we will post the revised Terms on the Platform and update the Effective Date.
2. By continuing to access or use the Platform after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and sharing of your personal information are governed by the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Third-Party Services

If the Platform integrates or links to third-party websites, tools, services, or content, those are not under our control. We are not responsible for their content or practices; use them at your own risk.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction — e.g. Pakistan / Punjab / City, etc.].

14. Miscellaneous

2. Waiver: Failure by EduMeUp to enforce any right or provision in these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
3. Entire Agreement: These Terms (plus any policies incorporated by reference) constitute the entire agreement between you and EduMeUp relating to your use of the Platform.
