EduMeUp – Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the EduMeUp Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 12 years old to use the Platform. If underage, parental/guardian consent is required. You agree to provide accurate and updated information during registration.

2. Registration / Account

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for your login credentials and must notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

3. Content & Use of Platform

The Platform provides educational content owned or licensed by EduMeUp. All content is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use the content for personal, educational purposes only. You must not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

4. Payment, Subscription & Fees

Certain features require payment. Fees and billing details are shown on the Platform. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

5. Free Trials & Refunds

Free trials, if offered, provide temporary access. Refunds will follow our Refund Policy and may be full or partial depending on usage.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful code
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Disrupt platform operations

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties. EduMeUp is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the past 12 months.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, and content belong to EduMeUp. You may not use them without written permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may close your account at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms. Continued use of the Platform after updates means you accept the new Terms.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Third-Party Services

Links to third-party services are not under our control. Use them at your own risk.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be resolved through the applicable legal process mentioned in our policy.

14. Miscellaneous

Severability: Invalid parts of these Terms will not affect the remainder.

Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our rights.

Entire Agreement: These Terms form the full agreement between you and EduMeUp.
